This past weekend we had a team of eight men and women that went down to compete at the first competition of the year- the GTA’s No-Gi Tournament this past Saturday. Every one of our students fought hard and with a lot of heart. We are very proud of everyone who made the trip down to Melbourne not just to compete but to support the team as well. Your commitment was amazing! We ended up with 1 Bronze, 1 Silver, 1 Gold medal and an equal third/fourth place.
