Our second Gracie Kids Technique for the month of January is the defense to a rear bear hug over arms. We will be practicing this as well as our first technique, defense to a read bear hug under arms.
When children feel confident in either of these techniques they can show them to an instructor to earn Mini Monthly Test Points.
