The social media assistant and receptionist is an important role within the team who will manage the social media accounts of the Academy, greet and welcome members, manage membership accounts, run the Gracie Store, and be extremely autonomous!
The administrator is the smiling face of the school managing core administrative tasks, looking after members, an enrolment specialist attracting and signing new members. It is your role to ensure that the school operates professionally and at a high level every day.
Key responsibilities:
_ Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn).
_ Manage the front desk;
_ Sign Up prospects;
_ Phone calls, emails and social media inquiries;
_ Maintain strong relationship with members;

Mandatory:
_Fluent in English;
