We will be releasing detailed videos featuring all our instructors explaining the essential warm up movements and their different levels of sophistication. We do these same movements at the beginning of every class so that you can know what to expect and how to do it correctly for yourself! Here is the basic hip out or ‘shrimping’ movement that helps us escape from almost every possition. It is the movement we use the most in Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
