The first Internal Competition for adults is being organized by Gracie Humaita Association for white belts only, all the white belts members of Gracie Humaita academies are allowed to participate.
The comp will take place at Gracie Sydney in Alexandria followed by a Brazilian BBQ (location TBD), on August 21st, at 09:00 AM and the cost is $35.
This competition is a good way for associates to come together, help the new students to practice for future competitions and to improve their Jiu-Jitsu skills.
