Our Gracie Corporate Jiu Jitsu Classes are offered as an exciting and energizing team-building activity for all members of your work places. Team bonding is essential to any group’s productivity and motivation.
What our corporate classes consist of:
- High level instruction from our Gracie Jiu Jitsu Coaches
- 1 Hour of Gracie Jiu Jitsu instruction, team and individual skill games
- Introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, basic movements, and technical positions
- Some of the skills covered in our class: rolling, falling, basic ground positions
- Each participant receives take home info with a Free 5 Class Guest Pass to the gym to visit us in the future
- A Group Digital Photo for your company and staff
