Last Saturday (25/05) we had an amazing day, grading our kids at Gracie Humaita Sydney Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).
It is always so exciting to see our little warriors improving their skills through our Kids Program. Congratulations to all of you!
The Gracie Humaita Kids Grading happens twice a year and it is based on the techniques that are taught through the year by our coaches at the Academy.
The kids eligible for Grading are chosen by our coaches based on their performance, commitment, and attendance to classes.
Jiu Jitsu is a great form to educate our youth, and it can help kids to stand up against bullies.
