Gracie Sydney Brazilian Jiu Jitsu’s Women’s BJJ Team is having the next long awaited Open Mat! All females (our Gracie Kids included!) from our Gracie Humaita Association are welcome to attend our next Women’s BJJ Open Mat hosted by the ladies at Gracie Humaitá Bankstown, on Saturday Aug 8th @ noon. This is a great way get ready for competition, answer questions you may have, and catch up with each other!
