In the recipe below, there is a powerful combination of ingredients that, added to the properties of papaya, provide a delicious juice, boosted with detox and thermogenic actions.
RECEIPT
- 1 thick slice of papaya (25 kcal)
- 1 orange (35 kcal)
- 3 kale leaves (10 kcal)
- 1 teaspoon of chia (10 kcal)
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 large glass of water
Blend the ingredients in a blender with ice.
