Did you know that all the Gracie practiced yoga to supplement and improve their Gracie Jiu Jitsu? Gracie Sydney Blue belt student Simon Hill will be leading the latest addition to our classes, Yoga for BJJ practitioners. Simon has been training Jiu Jitsu with us for a year and a half and has been practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching for 5 years. He is a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor. Come see how Yoga is a great compliment to your martial arts training. A few things we love about it: breathing control, ground connection, and great muscle recovery work!
Bring a t-shirt, shorts, and your BJJ belt to these classes. Classes begin on Monday, June 16th at 8-9pm directly after the Open Mat and Women’s Only classes and will be offered every Monday night.
