We are thrilled to announce some exciting changes to our Gracie Sydney new timetable, effective immediately. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student, we have something new to enhance your training experience!
New Class Schedule:
Foundation Classes
- Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM
- Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15 PM
- Perfect for those starting their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey or looking to solidify their fundamentals. Our Foundation Classes focus on basic techniques and building a strong foundation.
Intermediate and Advanced Classes
- Monday to Thursday at 6:15 PM
- Tailored for students who have a good grasp of the basics and are ready to advance their skills. These classes will delve into more complex techniques and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and preparation for higher levels of training.
Competition Training
- Tuesday and Thursday at 12:15 PM
- Open to all levels, this class is designed for those who want to push themselves and prepare for upcoming competitions. Expect intense, focused training that will challenge you and elevate your game.
We are committed to providing the best training experience for all our members. These new time slots have been carefully selected to accommodate various schedules and training goals.
