Individual Lesson Plan
Lesson 1:
Warm up: Hipping out, over head forward rolling, backward rolling, bridging
Self Defence: Stand up in base, solid base drill. Tug of War
Technique: Mount Positional Control- Swimming arms, side to side buck, roll to Back Control
Lesson 2:
Warm up: Hipping out, over head and over shoulder forward rolling, backward rolling, bridging
Self Defence: Simple Wrist Grab, thumb up and thumb down
Technique: Breaking down posture in Guard, maintaining Guard
Attack: Triangle from Guard
Lesson 3:
Warm up: Hipping out, forward rolling, backward rolling, switching hips, bridging
Self Defence: Double hand wrist grab
Technique: Side Controls 1, 2, and 3. Side Control into Mount, Stay on Mount
Lesson 4:
Warm up: Hipping out, forward rolling, backward rolling, switching hips, wheel barrow
Self Defence: Back break falls, side break falls
Technique: Review positional sequence Guard/Side Control/Mount and points
Lesson 5:
Warm up: Hipping out, forward rolling, backward rolling, wheel barrow, sprawls, break falls
Self Defence: Haymaker Punch Block and clinch
Technique: Back Control with seatbelt. Maintaining Back control- Bronco game, horse races
Attack: Rear naked choke
Lesson 6:
Warm up: Hipping out, forward rolling to break fall, backward rolling, sprawls, break falls
Self Defence: Haymaker Punch Block and throw
Technique: Shoulder walk, shrimp escape from Mount
Attack: Armbar fromGuard
Lesson 7:

Self Defence: Rear bear hug under arms
Technique: Open and passing closed Guard on knees using Combat base

Technique: Escape Back control. Protect neck, hip out back to Guard
Attack: Taking the back from Turtle position to choke

Self Defence: Front choke, double hand against wall
Technique: Koshi Gurma takedown
