What an amazing surprise we had yesterday at Gracie Sydney Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)!
Bia Mesquita came share her knowledge with us @ Gracie Humaita Alexandria. It was such a unique opportunity for our members to learn from one of the legends of Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Beatriz Mesquita is a BJJ competitor with the best competitive record in both Gi and No Gi of all time. She has won 23 titles as a black belt in four major Gi Championships. With 9x gold medals, she holds the record for the most IBJJF World Championship titles at Black Belt level.
